At this time we do not offer returns. We are happy to provide refunds for products determined to have a manufacturing defect. Time for the money to be returned to your account can vary based on banking institution. To initiate a refund please email contact@sleepi.shop.

Exchanges

Exchanges are permitted on unworn and unwashed items within 14 days of receipt of product. Customer is responsible for return shipping of product being exchanged. Upon receiving product to be exchanged the new products will shipped the same week and a new tracking number will be provided. To initiate an exchange please contact: contact@sleepi.shop.
